Nope. ECS plans are month-to-month. We earn your business by delivering results, not locking you in. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. However, contracted plans can be a great way to save money in the long run. Our 6 month plan saves you 15% and our 12 month plan saves you 35%.
That’s perfectly fine. Each ECS service can be purchased individually. However, most clients see the best results from the bundled package — which saves money and integrates all systems together.
ECS offers direct local support via phone, email, and chat. Currently, ECS is a two-man show. So, our immediate availability may be limited. However, ECS utilizes the very services that we help you use, so there will always be a system available to answer FAQs, help you schedule a phone call or video chat, or even request an in-person appointment. Whenever we are available, we'll pick up your call personally to make sure you're getting the service you deserve.

A University of Oregon graduate in Economics and long-time resident of Oregon, Abhijat has always been fascinated with how numbers and human connection can drive efficiency. Working in Property and Casualty Insurance provided him extensive experience in Sales and the finances of small business, with Emerald City Solutions providing an opportunity to pivot to his most important precept: service.
